That’s why every diamond engagement ring purchase (+1,000) is backed by our Complimentary 1-2 year cleaning schedule and diamond replacement warranty. Should you lose your diamond from its original mounting through normal wear, we will replace it without charge with a diamond of the same size, cut and quality as the original.

How to care for your Jewels on Ninth diamond:

We recommend that you clean and inspect your diamond every six months by a qualified professional at Jewels on Ninth.

Conditions for the Jewels on Ninth warranty:

Mountings must not have been subjected to damage, accident, or unusual abuse and claws must be intact and not separated. Your diamond must be cleaned and inspected every six months—according to your cleaning schedule—and validation records updated in the Jewels on Ninth computer system for the warranty to remain in effect. Necessary maintenance repairs must be made by Jewels on Ninth at the purchaser’s expense. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover theft, mysterious disappearance, loss or damages other than that incurred in normal wear.
