Of course! We are here to help bring your dream ring to life. In fact, we want your input—you know your beau best. Your personal touch will make the custom order that much more meaningful.
Custom orders are great for creating nontraditional rings you’ve imagined but probably won’t find elsewhere. Or maybe you have a photo of the exact ring The One wants, but you want to add a little something to make it more personal. If you can dream it, we can probably make it.

We don’t like to rush the diamond masters. Bringing the diamond ring of her dreams from design to reality takes time! Orders usually take 6-8 weeks from design confirmation until they are ready for pick up in the store.
If you’re planning on popping the question with your custom ring, allow a little leeway so we can get your ring just right. We promise the finished product will be worth the wait!

Despite popular belief, you can afford a custom ring! Custom rings aren’t any more expensive than the selection in our store. That’s because Jewels on Ninth doesn’t include any extra fees for custom designed and built rings. The cost is the same as our in-stock selection with the same band and stones of the same quality. We piece together the ring designs and features you like to create a beautiful custom order.

If you’re starting from scratch, designing a custom ring can be overwhelming. We recommend you stop by the store to chat with us before placing your custom order. We can answer any questions, and concerns about your custom order. We can also walk you through your personalized design tweaks. If you have photos, that’s great! Bring them in. The more we have to work with, the better we can design your beautiful custom ring.
If you know exactly what you are looking for from your custom ring (and it is helpful if you have photos to match) text or email the design to Heather for immediate order. She will contact you in your preferred method to confirm receipt of the design.
